Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and FRONTIER AI LLC (“we,” “us”) for the Microreflect app. By using Microreflect, you agree to them.

The service

Microreflect is a reflective journaling tool. You write small moments; it reflects them back and connects them to a goal you set. It’s meant for personal reflection and self-awareness.

Not medical, health, or professional advice. Microreflect is not a healthcare, nutrition, or mental-health service. Its reflections, calorie estimates, and prompts are for self-reflection only and are approximate — do not rely on them for medical, dietary, or clinical decisions. Always consult a qualified professional. If you’re struggling with disordered eating or your mental health, please reach out to a professional or a support line in your country. You can turn off calorie features anytime in the menu.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 to use Microreflect.

Subscriptions & billing

Microreflect is a paid subscription. Plans and prices are shown in the app (weekly, monthly, and yearly).
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime from Menu → Manage subscription; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe’s terms.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods. If something went wrong, contact us and we’ll try to make it right.
We may change prices; changes apply to future billing periods, not the one you’re in.

Your content

Your entries are yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to provide the service — including sending the text to our AI provider (Google Gemini) to generate reflections, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don’t claim ownership of what you write.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer it, and no using it to harm others.

Our content

The Microreflect name, design, and software are ours. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app while your account is in good standing.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FRONTIER AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using Microreflect anytime. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated. You can delete your account and data by contacting us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above. Continued use means you accept the update.
